DSi US and Europe Release Date announced!

Yeah the main site is down, but we will continue providing news :)

Once again, IGN has leaked information about the Nintendo DSi's USA release.
On April 4th, 2009 the Nintendo DSi will be available in the USA for the price of $179.99 USD (roughly €137)!
The information is not set in stone, however, IGN is a reliable and credible source.

External Resorces and Other stuff mean one thing.

Well.. DStemp has been going downhill, mainly cause the forums went down (thanks for changing the pass without telling me!)
Anyway, the site has been flagged by others cause people are claiming flashcards pretending to be us. And now that people have pointed to the GBAtemp article last year where pokemongalaxy made the site or free flashcards... our sponsors are pulling out.
This means that we're gonna die, and well... no-one cares.

We asked for a donation ages ago.. and Zilch.
Anyway, due to other issues I have analysed, this site is more vulnerable than a windows computer. And the forums leaving a SQL database wide open means that any (good) hacker can use a SQL injection attack and perminently cripple 110mb's box14 server.

So... DStemp is dieing. and the layout isn;t helping people.
And I'm gonna close it temporarly for the safety, security and general well being of our users.

We'll be back in mid-feburary with improved everything and new secure and (faster) reliable forums.

New run of Ak2.1s!

DealExtreme seems to be selling an "updated" version of the Acekard 2.1 flashcarts.
Several GBAtemp members have reported that the new Acekard 2.1 flashcarts sit in a new shell, have different colored PCB's, and give a '0b0b0b0b' message while in the process of booting up ROMs.

There's a lot of questions and information missing about these "new" Acekard 2.1 flashcarts.
